On Thursday 15th December 2011, at Kings Norton Golf Club, players looking to improve their performance by gaining a better understanding of how to manage their food and fluid intake for best performance, had a clear presentation of the factors for success.
In golf we are all looking for very small increments to improve performance.
Technique and skill makes for a good stroke, so for equally gifted players what makes the difference?
The ability to concentrate and maintain a high level of energy during a round will mean that in the crucial final stages, a player with the knowledge of how his body achieves this will have an edge over a player that does not.
So beware of being drawn to play against the attendees at this session!
They will have made the preparations required to get the best out of their own engine and will be looking to overtake players who only concentrate on technique!
